Dublin Alt Comedy 005: Music Edition

Join us for the fifth Dublin Alt Comedy show, and very first music special edition!

In the first half, we’ve got our biggest variety yet, with acts spanning almost every possible kind of musical comedy there is. We’ve got Oisín Moran, Giles Brody, Mark Cantan, Robbie Doyle, Paul Prior, and Emmet Doyle. To explain any of these acts would be to do them an injustice, they really must be witnessed live. Together they will get you laughing in ways you didn’t know you could, about things you didn’t think would be worthy of a song, and some even more ineffable stuff you’ll just have to see and hear.

After a short interval for a little something from the lovely bar downstairs, to fill in the remaining type of musical comedy—your headliners for the night will be the all-singing, all-dancing Bum Notes crafting a whole musical (ABOUT SOMEONE IN THE AUDIENCE) entirely from scratch before your very eyes and ears. They’ve sold out shows in Dublin Fringe, The Sugar Club, and even put on Ireland’s biggest ever homegrown fully-improvised show to a sold out Royal Irish Academy of Music. There’s nothing quite like them in the country.
