Nimhneach Meet and Greet
There is a pre-meet where new people and a few regulars meet up before the event in a pub near the club. This is vanilla (non-fetish) clothing in a vanilla pub and helps those on their first visit to settle in, especially as it means going into Nimhneach with a crowd of new people and regulars, and not on your own. We would recommend you go along to this at 8:30pm on the night to help ease you in. Note that it is not compulsory – you can also just turn up at the door of The Sound House from 9:30pm on the night and pay in.

More information available on our website.

Refund policy

We know that life sometimes gets in the way even with the best intentions. No quibble refunds can be requested up to one day before the event.

You have two choices:

(A) Converting your ticket to a voucher for a future event will not incur an administration fee. Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Self serve management to convert tickets to vouchers is available up to one day before the event.
(B)
We will issue refunds minus the administration fee per ticket. Refunds will revert to the original card used for purchase. Self serve is not available for this option.

To find the self-serve login, visit the link where you bought your ticket. You should see a button called ‘Manage tickets’ which allows you to see your orders.

Refund requests after one day before the event will be considered on a case by case basis. Contact us using the ticket contact form on the Nimhneach website below or email us.

We will not consider any refund requests made after 18:00 hours on the day of the event.
