Skyrocket Promotions are proud to present an amazing lineup in The Sound House with Kapayja, Central Arcade, Byro, Urban Hours.

Kapayja: 

Kapayja are an independent alternative-rock band from North Dublin, defined by blistering riffs, thumping rhythms, heart-on-sleeve vocals shaped through constant experimentation.

Their debut EP, Age of the Open Book, drew attention from Hot Press, Radio X, BBC, GOO, Golden Plec, and RTÉ 2fm, who praised its atmosphere, intensity, and dynamic guitar work. As the band’s first studio project, each track captures a chapter of their journey since forming in 2023.

A sold-out headline show in Whelan’s Upstairs marked a milestone moment, and Kapayja continue to carve out their place in Ireland’s alternative scene.

Central Arcade: 

Central Arcade are an Alternative Rock band hailing from Newcastle Upon Tyne. Formed in 2023 they quickly hit the local scene playing gigs wherever they could making a name for themselves within the North East of England. They released their debut single Apple of Your Eye in August 2024 and sold out their debut headline gig at Head of Steam in July 2025. Following a busy year of writing, recording & gigging Central Arcade were given the opportunity to support Everything Everything at the NX Newcastle in December 2025.

Byro:

Hailing from the Midlands of Ireland, BYRO are a 4 piece guitar-driven rock outfit. Drawing influences from an array of acts past and present, BYRO’s sound is reminiscent of rock icons The Strokes and Radiohead while also flirting with more contemporary influences. With songwriting that has been deemed as “genre defying” (Hot Press Magazine- 2025), their music is meticulously crafted in a way that’s refreshingly authentic. From their anthemic choruses and intricate musicianship to their electric live show, BYRO are a must see act for 2026.
