Tommy Cullen Album Release Show

Named “one of the most promising singer-songwriters in the country” by Hot Press, Dublin artist Tommy Cullen brings a unique voice and vulnerable lyricism to his deeply layered indie sound.

His long-awaited debut album Enjoy the Glow explores the past few years through tales of everyday drudgery, true love, UFO sightings and trips to Ikea. A deeply personal record, its 10 tracks incorporate vocal contributions from close family and friends along with an enigmatic watercolour cover by Tommy himself. The broad palette of indie sounds on display take influence from alternative/slacker music, bedroom pop pioneers and the classic ‘70s and 80s albums of his parents’ record collection.

Tommy and his AllStar Band will be blasting through these thrilling tunes in the hallowed halls of the Sound House on 26th April, and you – yes, YOU! – are invited to join in the fun. I wonder what he’ll be wearing?!
