Day Event
Greetings one and all,
I hope you are all well. Our next 3M is a special event to celebrate the launch of REOSC's latest underground bomb of an EP, "The Universe Speaks Techno", which will release on the Elevator Program label in September. REOSC will be doing a longer set to close out the terrace, including tracks from the latest EP. Expect his usual style of driving techno, cut with his own beefy taste of turntable shenanigans, lathered in techno sauce. Joining him will be 3M favourite and absolute hero Stephen Mahoney, fresh off the back of his latest release, Diced EP, on Children Of Tomorrow Records. Also accompanying the 3M crew is the Eclectrika Project, Dj Pierr and DJ Dr. Flamer. These lads have been rocking dancefloors all over the city lately, from throwing their own parties to supporting Boris Brejcha on his recent Irish visit. Expect some slick boom boom. 3M host KERZ will also be gracing the terrace stage with a showcase of some new material set to be released this year. A line-up like this proves you CAN have your cake and eat it (note: there will be no cake on the day).
But the buzz doesn't stop there, so tell yer granny to get some more sugar cubes in coz cups ah tea will be flying left, right and centre. After 8 hours of fist-clenching music on the terrace we head down to the intimate vibe of the Wiley Fox Ground floor bar where we have a very special guest. Mr 7 Inches of 313 FM in Detroit is going to be playing a special vinyl only set to close out our after party. We have caught Mr 7 Inches on a quick visit from the 313 shtateside and are tickled pinky winky to have him close out this momentous day. On warm up duties we have the rest of the 3M family. Billie-Jean will be laying down slabs of techno meat, seasoned with the finest spicy rub this side of Jamie Oliver's aunty. 3M soul king Tatzer makes a long awaited return after having a stint in Ibiza. Expect up lifting funks, seamless mixes and a fresh sun tan. Then last but by no means least we have Declan Coleman, AKA The Accountant. An accountant by trade it's no wonder this man makes easy work of the 1's and 2's. Groove central.
We usually do not charge into our monthly meet up but as this is a special event geared toward REOSC's latest release we request an admission price of €10 to cover artist costs. There really isn't any other event in the city flaunting 12 hours of techno whilst surrounded by like minded techno lovers.
We really hope to see you there for what is going to be a great day of music.
All the best,
3M.
